Traditional tools like Klaviyo require you to be a marketing automation architect. You must build triggers, configure filters, manage suppression lists, schedule batches, and handle campaign conflicts manually. OGINBOX is an AI Email Marketing Operating System. You specify the business goal (e.g. "Sell my new collection", "Recover carts", "Re-engage quiet buyers"), set your budget and permissions, and the agent orchestrates the strategy, checks live inventory, pauses promos on customer replies, and exits automatically when orders are completed.

OGINBOX uses a Hybrid Decision Architecture. Creative copy and intent classification use language models, but all business policies (pricing, inventory, discount rules, frequency caps, and suppressions) are enforced by deterministic code and database constraints. Just before any email is dispatched, a Just-In-Time (JIT) stock check confirms the product is currently in stock. If an item went out of stock after abandonment, the agent automatically suppresses the send or redirects to in-stock alternatives.

Emails are delivered through production Amazon SES (Simple Email Service) configured with customer-verified domains, dedicated configuration sets, and real-time event publishing. We enforce full DKIM, SPF, and DMARC verification, as well as automatic send-rate throttling to ensure strict compliance with modern Google and Yahoo deliverability mandates.

OGINBOX natively includes RFC 8058 One-Click List-Unsubscribe headers on all marketing emails. We monitor bounce and complaint trends continuously: if an account's complaint rate approaches 0.08%, our automated circuit breaker slows down volume or pauses promotional traffic to ensure your domain never crosses Google's 0.10% threshold.

As soon as an inbound reply is detected, the customer's state shifts into Conversation Mode. All conflicting marketing sequences are automatically held. The customer's message arrives in our Three-Pane Conversation Workspace, where the AI drafts an answer based on your approved store knowledge. Depending on your autonomy setting (Guide Me, Manage My Marketing, or Autonomous), the reply is either sent automatically or held for your approval.

Credits align directly with work performed. Before you activate any goal, OGINBOX displays an estimated audience, projected credit spend, and approved maximum budget. Furthermore, our Cost Protection Engine saves you credits: if an abandoned checkout is completed before the delayed email is sent, the email is cancelled and zero credits are wasted.
