Last Updated: October 17, 2026 • Governing Jurisdiction: Uttar Pradesh, India
1 Prepaid Credits & Finality of Purchases
When you purchase or recharge wallet credits on OGINBOX, those credits are immediately allocated to your account balance for real-time campaign execution.
- Wallet credits represent digital service credits and hold no cash surrender value.
- Purchased credits cannot be transferred to other accounts or encashed.
- Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active and in good standing.
2 Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refund requests are strictly not granted in the following standard scenarios:
3 Eligible Technical Exceptions
We honor refund claims strictly under verifiable technical billing errors, provided the incident is brought to our attention within 3 days of occurrence:
- Duplicate Billing: A gateway glitch causes your account to be debited more than once for a single wallet recharge action.
- Failed Credit Fulfillment: Your bank account or card was successfully charged, but due to a webhook or API synchronization timeout, credits were not credited to your OGINBOX balance. (We will first attempt manual fulfillment; if unresolved, a refund will be authorized).
4 Claim Submission & Processing Workflow
To file a billing exception claim, please follow these steps:
Upon approval of an eligible claim, the refund is executed directly back to the original source of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI). Funds typically reflect in your statement within 5 to 10 business days depending on your issuing banking institution.
5 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Refund Policy functions alongside our Terms of Service and is governed by the laws of India. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising in connection with payments and refunds shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Uttar Pradesh, India.
